Are you interested in local history? Dorcas Carey Public Library will host a class on Tuesday, September 19 in the large meeting room at 6 p.m. on using the library's online archives. The archives include Carey newspapers, Carey yearbooks, and Federal Population censuses. They can be used to explore past events, family members, and much more.
Carmen Coppler will be showing off her unique talent of book folding. Book Folding is the art of folding the pages within books to create 3D shapes. You can do relatively simple ones like a diamond or a heart, or super complicated ones like a bulldog silhouette or patterns done on all three sides of the pages.
