The Teen Advisory Group is a group of dedicated junior high and high school students who are interested in making a difference at their library. TAG members play a critical role in developing the library’s young adult collection, young adult outreach, event planning and marketing, and making the library a friendlier place for young adults.

Do you love LEGOs? Our Lego Builders program is back! Patrons of all ages can go wild building on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 3:30 p.m., September through May.
Wednesday, October 5th – Clueless in the Kitchen – 3:30 p.m.
Come join in the cooking fun! This program is for grades 6 through 12 and will take place the first Wednesday of the month September through May at 3:30 p.m. This month’s project is Potions & Poison Apples. Unwind after school with a different activity every month – games, crafts, snacks and more! Teen Time is the first Thursday of the month for grades 6 – 12. This month’s activity will be games and getting acquainted.
Samson the Saint Bernard will be at the library from 1 - 3 p.m. on Thursday, August 11th. Samson is part of Pet Partners. Pet Partners is the national leader in demonstrating and promoting the health and wellness benefits of animal-assisted therapy, activities, and education. With thousands of registered teams making more than 3 million visits annually, Pet Partners serves as the nation’s most diverse and respected nonprofit registering handlers of multiple species as volunteer teams.
Come and enjoy the water antics at the Waterworks Park. Be sure to wear clothing that will be wet by the time you leave!
Come enjoy some pizza! You must have participated in the Teen/Tween Summer Reading Program in order to attend. Fun and games and prizes will be enjoyed by all!
