This program will be held on the second Thursday of the month from September through May at 3:30 p.m. Come enjoy the hands-on-experience of learning. Unwind after school with a different activity every month – games, crafts, snacks and more! Teen Time is the first Thursday of the month for grades 6 – 12 and runs September – May. This month’s activity will be Monster Makeup and a Scavenger Hunt.

STEM for Teens & Tweens is held on the second Thursday of the month at 3:30 p.m. September through May. Students in grades 6–12 are welcome. Carmen Coppler will be showing off her unique talent of book folding. Book Folding is the art of folding the pages within books to create 3D shapes. You can do relatively simple ones like a diamond or a heart, or super complicated ones like a bulldog silhouette or patterns done on all three sides of the pages. The Teen Advisory Group is a group of dedicated junior high and high school students who are interested in making a difference at their library. TAG members play a critical role in developing the library’s young adult collection, young adult outreach, event planning and marketing, and making the library a friendlier place for young adults. This month we will be decorating the Tween/Teen Department for fall.
