A book signing will be held at the Dorcas Carey Public Library on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for Carey native, Rebecca (Putnam) Russell. The book titled: Uncover Your Light explores the concept of how to shine brightly when you’ve lost touch with who you are. Whether you are struggling with a life transition, personal upheaval, or gradual detachment over time, the question is: How do you begin to find your true self again? The coauthors of Uncover Your Light have all faced the fear of not knowing where to start when the path seemed dark and unfamiliar. They want to provide a roadmap for others who are on similar journeys. These personal stories of hope and resilience are about being the best version of yourself, which is a profound act of self-love. Taking this journey of self-discovery will allow you to reconnect with the beauty and power that lies within: Get to know her, love her, and celebrate her. A former Travel Agent, At-Home Mom, Published Romance Author and hockey player, Rebecca never imagined she would start a business at fifty-eight years old, or return to writing, let alone in the non-fiction arena. Fortunately, her anchoring strength of responsibility drives her to be a messenger of hope for others who struggle with any and all areas of their health.
